Registration FAQ


  1. Will I be able to sign up on the event day itself?
  2. Can I pay using Paypal/cheque/bank transfers/etc?

Registration FAQ

  1. Will I be able to sign up on the event day itself?

    Yes, just sign up at the registration booth on the event day from 8.30am onwards. Payment must be made on the spot.

  2. Can I pay using Paypal/cheque/bank transfers/etc?

    No, only cash payment will be accepted..

  3. When will the early bird offer expire?

    10th January will be the last day of early bird offer.

  4. Am I eligible to participate in more than one category?

    No, participants will only be able to participate in either Individual Category or Team Category.

  5. I can't attend the event. Will I be refunded if I withdraw?

    No refunds will be given for any withdrawal. In the event where you cannot participate, getting a substitute would be recommended.

  6. My team mate is unable to climb on the event day, will I be allowed to find a replacement?

    Yes, please inform us either via email to [email protected] or during registration on event day.

  7. I have signed up for Individual/Team category on one of the event days. Will I be able to climb on both event day?

    No, participants will only be able to climb on the event day indicated by them during sign up.

  8. What do I need to bring to registration on either event day?

    You will need to bring along your matriculation/staff card as well as a filled indemnity form.

  9. What if I forgot to bring my indemnity form?

    Indemnity forms will be available at the registration booth for $1/form.

  10. Must the entire team be present during registration on the event day?

    Yes, to register the entire team we will require all members to be present.

  11. If a team member is late, will I still be able to register?

    No, the entire team needs to be present together during registration.

  12. My event shirt does not fit me, am I able to exchange it for another size?

    No. Event shirts are issued based on the sizes indicated on registration form (shirt sizing will be provided beforehand) so any exchange of shirts thereafter will not be entertained.
